To do this email recovery, you will need to open a web browser (explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc). It is also important to note that this is only relevant if the email was deleted less than 30 days prior to retrieval. 


1.     Once you're in your web browser, enter either http://owa.cloudplatform1.com (Exchange 2013) or https://cas.messageexchange.com/owa (Exchange 2010) depending on the version of Outlook you use. 


                 


2.    Once you've logged into the Web App, right click on 'Deleted Items' and select 'Recover Deleted Items' 



3.    A pop up will appear where you select the deleted item that has been deleted from the deleted folder and select 'Recover'. 



4.   This will then bring up another popup that will allow you to select where you would like to send the deleted item
