To create a signature with this method you must have Outlook installed on your PC. Ensure that you login into your email before continuing.
1. Click the 'File' tab, followed by 'Options' on the left menu.
2. On the Outlook Options dialogue box, click 'Mail in the list of options on the left side of the box.
3. Then, click 'Signatures' in the 'Compose Messages' section.
4. In the 'Signatures and Stationary' window, select 'New' underneath the 'Signature to Edit Box'.
5. A dialogue box with display asking for a name for your signature. Enter an appropriate descriptive name in the edit box followed by 'OK'.
6. You will be returned to the 'Signatures and Stationary' window, and the name that you entered previously. If this is your only signature this will be automatically selected. Enter the text for your signature in the 'Edit Signature' box at the bottom of the window. In the edit box you can also change the font and size of the text for your signature.
7. Click 'OK' on the 'Outlook Options' dialogue box to close it.
8. Now when you create an email, your signature should appear at the bottom of the email. If this does not appear, at the top of your new message select 'Signature' and a drop down menu will appear. Then select your desired signature.
