1. To find out what version of Windows you are using, open you 'Control Panel'. Ensure that you are viewing by 'Category'.

2. This will open the 'System and Security' window. Click 'System'

3. This will open a window displaying all the 'Basic Information About Your Computer'.

4. Alternatively you can right click the 'Start' menu in the bottom left followed by 'System'
