Within Outlook > File

Add Account

Add the email address in the pop-up

Press Connect and wait for the page - this can take many minutes.

Click 'Exchange'

Wait until this is complete. This can take time.

Add the Email address and password in the username and password field.

Remember Username = Email address

Tick 'Remember My Credentials'

Press OK

Once this is complete Press OK and restart Outlook
