If you want to get messages that are delivered in folders other than your Inbox on you Blackberry you can configure it to redirect these messages to the device.

Note this is for messages that are delivered to other folders other than the Inbox. It does not sync messages from other folders to you Blackberry device.

Blackberry OS 10
